Mr. Toland has guided international brands on U.S. market entry, providing strategic guidance on site selection, trade area analysis, construction cost modeling, and risk assessment, informed by a deep understanding of retail P&L dynamics. Clients have included HeyTea and MENSPIRE in their U.S. rollouts.
Prior to Serhant, Mr. Toland managed retail leasing for a shopping center portfolio spanning 2 million square feet across 16 states, executing transactions with Starbucks, Jimmy John's, and IGA, among others.
Mr. Toland has been a trailblazer in establishing Serhant's commercial efforts, executing the firm's first office lease with a publicly traded REIT and its first retail lease in SoHo.
