Nick Janovsky is now director of luxury sales for Tampa, St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beaches for Serhant. Janovsky specializes in waterfront estates, new developments, investment properties and executive relocations, according to a news release. He has over $250 million in career sales and was ranked as a top producer at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s St. Petersburg office five years in a row. He was also named as 1744 Club Top 100 Producer. Before joining Serhant, Janovsky led The Nick Janovsky Group at Premier Sotheby’s. He’s also the founder and director of Strategic Campaigns LLC.
