From television newsrooms to military commands to real estate negotiations, Natalie Stamey has built her career on clarity, composure, and results.

Natalie Stamey is an Associate Broker with SERHANT. in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She brings a unique blend of communications expertise, military life experience, and tenacity to her work.

She began her career as a weekend sports anchor in broadcast television before transitioning into government communications with  the Pentagon Channel, and later served as the sole civilian communications lead for a Marine Corps helicopter squadron during a high-tempo deployment cycle in San Diego. She continued her public affairs work overseas in Japan with the U.S. Navy before earning her real estate license in 2018.

Natalie has called Virginia Beach home for the past decade and serves clients across all of Hampton Roads with in-depth local knowledge and insight.  In today’s market Natalie leverages her expertise to distill complex information into clear, actionable guidance for her clients.

As a military spouse of over 15 years, Natalie has a deep understanding of the pace, pressure, and priorities that come with military life, allowing her to serve clients with both empathy and precision.

Most recently, as the wife of a heart transplant recipient, Natalie has further sharpened her ability to navigate high-stakes situations and literal life-or-death decision making. When clients need clarity and care most, Natalie brings calm, confident guidance to every transaction, with composure and a steady hand.

She earned her B.S. in Mass Communications. As an Associate Broker, Natalie holds the highest level of licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia, along with additional advanced real estate designations including GRI and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

She has received the HRRA Circle of Excellence Award every year she has been in practice and ranks in the top 3% of agents in REIN MLS, which covers the Hampton Roads region of Virginia.

Natalie lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, a retired F/A-18D Weapon Systems Officer, their amazing daughter, and their boxer dog. Outside of real estate, Natalie is an avid runner and aspiring potter.
