She has built a strong reputation in the new-development sector, advising on ground-up construction, condominium sellouts, and large-scale rental lease-ups from pre-development through stabilization.
Over the course of her career, Natalia has been directly involved in over $200 million in closed volume and more than 3,000 combined sales and rental transactions, working closely with developers on pricing strategy, unit mix optimization, absorption planning, and market positioning. Before transitioning into real estate, Natalia spent over 13 years in technology sales within the cybersecurity sector, where she developed a deep understanding of high-stakes negotiations, data-driven decision-making, and long sales cycles. Real estate allowed her to merge her professional expertise with her personal passions for architecture, investment strategy, and market analytics.

Born and raised in Poland, Natalia holds an MBA from the University of Management and Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Business and Commerce. "Jersey City’s Planning Board in June approved plans for Liberty Watch, the final phase of the Port Liberté residential complex at 200 Chapel Avenue along the Hudson River. Designed and developed by Pulte Homes, the project will yield 168 three-bedroom townhomes across 19 four-story buildings. Each 55-foot-tall structure will come with a one-car garage and a deeded driveway spot, along with 80 guest parking spaces on the complex’s newly created streets. The development will also include 168 bicycle parking spots and a park and playground along Chapel Avenue."
