Ming brings more than 15 years of business experience in negotiation, finance, management, and complex contracts to his real estate practice. Combined with deep knowledge of the Tahoe market, this background allows him to thoughtfully advise clients through some of the most meaningful financial and lifestyle decisions they will make.

Licensed in both California and Nevada, Ming advises clients throughout the Tahoe–Truckee region and the broader Tahoe Basin. He is a member of the Tahoe Sierra MLS, Incline Village MLS, Northern Nevada Regional MLS, and South Lake Tahoe MLS, providing comprehensive access to markets across North and South Shore, Reno, Carson Valley, and the East Shore of Lake Tahoe.

Ming works throughout Tahoe’s luxury home market, resort communities, and the highly specialized lakefront segment. His clients value his strategic approach, market insight, and calm guidance through complex transactions. He understands that successful outcomes often depend on timing—knowing when to slow down and evaluate every detail, and when decisive action is required to secure the right property. Many opportunities also arise through long-standing local relationships and networks, often identifying properties before they reach the open market.

Originally from Vermont, Ming moved west to attend the University of Nevada, Reno, where he studied Management and International Business. After graduation, he followed his passion for the outdoors, capturing images of friends snowboarding and climbing—often while participating himself. This perspective helped him build a successful career as an award-winning mountain sports photographer working with leading global brands and publications.

At age 27, following his father’s unexpected passing, Ming moved to Hong Kong and later Beijing to help run his family’s international microelectronics trading business. There he gained extensive experience in global commerce while working with partners across Asia, Europe, and North America. During this time he developed strong expertise in negotiation, finance, contracts, and international business operations, and became fluent in Mandarin—experience that now directly benefits his real estate clients.

Eventually the mountains called him back. After returning to Tahoe, Ming launched a successful media production company and later transitioned into real estate after purchasing and remodeling his home in Tahoe City.

As a father, professional photographer, and lifelong mountain athlete, Ming also brings a deep understanding of the Tahoe lifestyle. He believes this perspective is essential when advising clients and helping them find homes that truly support their families, passions, and long-term goals.
