Hey, I’m Marlena. I’m a San Diego native, Realtor, design lover, and firm believer that the best homes have a little personality.
I’ve always been drawn to houses with a story, the ones with original details, interesting architecture, great light, weird little corners, and the kind of character you can’t recreate with a trip to the design center. I love finding them, talking about them, and helping people make them their own.
Real estate is at the center of what I do, but houses are really the obsession. I’m constantly touring homes, hunting for vintage pieces, saving design ideas, dreaming up renovations, and keeping tabs on what’s happening around San Diego. If I find a particularly good house, you can pretty much guarantee I’m going to tell someone about it.
When I’m working with buyers, my job is to help you see both what a house is and what it could be, and to make sure you feel confident about the decisions you're making along the way. For sellers, I believe great marketing starts with understanding what makes a home special and telling that story in a way that makes someone else want to be part of it.
I also come from a family deeply rooted in real estate and vacation rentals, so I’ve spent years on the other side of the business, designing, renovating, launching, and operating properties. It’s given me an eye for both the beautiful details and the practical ones.
When I'm not looking at houses, you'll probably find me drinking an iced coffee, playing tennis, wandering through an estate sale, working on my own very pink house, or hanging out with my tiny but extremely opinionated dog, Harry.
Basically, if you want to talk about a house, a renovation, an incredible vintage find, or whether you should absolutely keep the original tile, I'm your girl.
