Maritza Bernard is an Orange County native and longtime Coto de Caza resident with deep knowledge of the community and surrounding areas. With a career rooted in sales, she brings strong negotiation skills, market insight, and a client focused approach to every transaction.
A member of the Annie Clougherty Team, Maritza specializes in representing buyers and sellers throughout Orange County and relocating families and professionals from across the country. She is a proud Santa Margarita Catholic High School alum and a member of Quest Relocation.
Maritza has built much of her business through referrals and long term client relationships. She is bilingual in Spanish and is the founder of the Coto de Caza Home Tour, an annual event bene fiting City of Hope Orange County that has raised over $100 ,000 for cancer care and research.
Maritza lives in Coto de Caza with her husband, Chris, and their four children and volunteers as a host family for Olive Crest Safe Families.
