Lisa Reyna is a Denver-based real estate broker and founding member of The Source at SERHANT., bringing nearly a decade of experience and more than 100 transactions across the Denver metro area.
A Colorado resident since 1999, Lisa has lived in and owned property throughout Denver, giving her firsthand knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, housing stock and what it means to own a home here. Much of her work is centered in Northwest Denver, including Berkeley, the Highlands, Sunnyside and Sloan’s Lake, as well as Edgewater and Wheat Ridge. Having also called Congress Park, Park Hill and Washington Park home, she has deep familiarity with Denver’s established central neighborhoods and the Cherry Creek area.
Lisa built her business largely through relationships and referrals, often growing alongside clients as their lives and real estate needs evolve. Today, she specializes in move-up purchases and sales, relocations and the often complex process of selling one home while purchasing the next, with experience representing clients at the luxury end of Denver’s residential market.
As a homeowner, owner of multiple rental properties and experienced renovator, Lisa understands real estate beyond the transaction. She brings an eye for design, quality and potential while helping clients evaluate value, condition, function, long-term ownership and whether a property actually supports the life they’re building.
