After five years in the corporate sector, Laura and her mother launched Londoño & Jaramillo Inmobiliaria®, a boutique brokerage in Medellín specializing in commercial real estate and luxury residential properties. Over the next twelve years, the firm became known for its data-forward advisory approach, representing investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients across Colombia’s fastest-growing markets. Laura continues to lead strategic initiatives for the company today, bridging her international experience with her stateside practice.
Laura’s journey brought her to the United States, where she has expanded her business into the luxury markets of New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
