Kisa Carter, known as "The Property Warrior," is a dynamic force in real estate, driven by her passion for helping individuals achieve their real estate goals. After eight years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force (USAF) and earning her Master of Public Administration from Baruch College (CUNY), Kisa held diverse leadership roles across nonprofit, private, and government sectors, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and NASA. She began managing personal properties in 2004 and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2015. Previously, she was the Branch Vice President/Managing Broker at Weichert, Realtors, where she managed and coached other Realtors® to succeed in their careers. She is currently a full-time Realtor® with the Givens Group powered by SERHANT and licensed in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. She is also a certified Property Manager in Maryland. Outside of real estate, Kisa enjoys international travel, fitness training, and riding motorcycles. She is committed to personal growth and empowering others, currently pursuing a certification as a Life and Real Estate Coach.
