Kelly is a Savannah native, real estate strategist, and founder of Vaden Realty Group — the real estate division of Vaden Automotive Group, a $1.2 billion enterprise operating across the Southeast.
Kelly began her career on the commercial side of the business, working in project management and development for new dealership construction and commercial expansion. She was directly involved in site selection, buildouts, contract negotiations, budgeting, and large-scale development coordination — giving her a deep understanding of asset value, risk management, and long-term growth strategy.
Recognizing an opportunity to expand Vaden’s footprint into real estate, Kelly launched Vaden Realty Group to serve employees, customers, investors, and the broader Savannah market with a more strategic and modern approach to property representation.
Beyond representing clients, Kelly is an active investor herself. She has personally flipped homes, built her own custom residence from the ground up, and owns long-term rentals and short-term Airbnb properties. This hands-on experience gives her practical insight into construction, renovation costs, ROI analysis, rental strategy, and market timing. She understands real estate from every angle — development, resale, investment, and portfolio building.
