Karishma has an eye for seeing a home through a buyer’s perspective and is known for helping clients determine what to update, what not to update, and how to best prepare and position their home for the market. For buyers, her more than two decades of Houston experience and industry relationships often provide opportunities and insights that go well beyond what can be found online.

Karishma’s career has been recognized locally and nationally. She was named Houston Association of REALTORS® 2023 REALTOR® of the Year, is a recipient of NAR’s 30 Under 30 and HAR’s 20 Under 40, and has been recognized by RealTrends among the top real estate professionals in Texas. She currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the Houston Association of REALTORS® and Texas REALTORS® Regional Vice President for Region 14, advocating for the real estate industry, homeownership, and private property rights.

Born and raised in India, Karishma moved to Houston in 2004 with her husband and business partner, Vic. Today, they are raising their family in the West University area. When she isn’t working with clients or giving back to her community, you’ll find her spending time with family, traveling, discovering Houston restaurants, or Bollywood dancing.
