With more than 22 years of experience in mortgage banking, real estate, marketing, and property investment, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors make smarter decisions about both the property and the financing behind it.
Kandy began her career in lending in 2004 and has built her business around a simple belief: finding the right property is only part of the equation. Understanding how to fund it, improve it, and position it for long term growth is where real opportunity begins.
Her experience includes traditional and alternative lending, investment property financing, DSCR loans, bank statement and P&L programs, bridge financing, and strategies for self employed borrowers. Because she understands both sides of the transaction, Kandy is able to identify financing options that many buyers and investors may not realize are available to them.
As an investor herself, Kandy brings practical experience to every conversation. She understands renovations, value add opportunities, rental income, 1031 exchanges, and the importance of preserving capital while growing a real estate portfolio. She works closely with clients to create a strategy that supports their immediate goals while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Based in Las Vegas, Kandy serves Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, and surrounding communities, with a focus on luxury homes, investment properties, and opportunities that may require a more creative approach. Her background as a marketing director also gives her sellers an added advantage through thoughtful positioning, premium presentation, targeted exposure, and pricing strategies grounded in the current market.
A first generation Vietnamese American born in New Orleans, Kandy’s approach is personal, resourceful, and relationship driven. She values honest conversations, clear guidance, and helping her clients see possibilities they may not have considered.
