A New Jersey native who embraced the serene and laid-back lifestyle of South Carolina 9 years ago. Justin brings 20 years of healthcare leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the real estate industry. Known for his passion for people and building meaningful relationships. Justin transitioned into real estate to foster community growth and bring simplicity and transparency to a historically complex industry.

As the former Broker in Charge, with Coastal Tide Properties, he grew a boutique brokerage into a well respected commercial, and development group. In an attempt to have a greater impact, and align with like minded real estate professionals he decided to merge with Serhant of South Carolina, in the Spring of 2024. Where he will bring his community first focus in the development of sustainability projects aimed at growing a coastal community with ample opportunity for all of its members.

Currently residing in Bluffton with his amazing wife and incredible daughter, where they enjoy all that the Lowcountry has to offer, beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, and an incredible community. However, you are more likely to find them traveling around the world and living a life on purpose.
