Originally from Silicon Valley, California, Julie Chung brings a technology- and media-driven perspective to New York real estate. Her interest in the industry began through her work behind Netflix’s Owning Manhattan, where she supported brand strategy and market presence to a broader audience. Today, she is a campus lead at OpenAI’s Student Collective and is especially interested in how emerging technology can make the real estate experience more efficient, personalized, and seamless for clients.
Julie’s real estate experience also includes time with the W Team at Compass before joining the Limitless LMK Team, where she continues to deepen her understanding of luxury residential real estate. Just one month into her real estate career, Julie brought in an open-house client for Penthouse B at the Mandarin Oriental Residences, a $15,000,000 listing.
Her background in Applied Psychology at NYU shapes the way she approaches real estate as both a major financial decision and a deeply emotional one. She believes a great agent should bring clarity, care, strong judgment, and sharp execution to some of the highest-stakes decisions a client will make.

Korean by heritage and raised around both Silicon Valley and Argentine culture, Julie brings a multicultural lens to the way she connects with people. After spending extended time abroad across Europe, Asia, and Africa, she has embraced what she jokingly calls “nomadmaxxing,” using travel to immerse herself in different cultures, communities, and ways of living.
