Jordan March is a distinguished 18 year veteran of the real estate industry and a co star of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan. He is widely regarded as a pioneer and industry disruptor for his use of digital media and technology to drive real estate sales. Over the course of his career, Jordan has closed more than $1.5 billion dollars in transactions and trained over 1000 agents.
Jordan is at the forefront of major strategic shifts in the real estate industry and in new development marketing. He implements progressive operational processes, technology, and marketing campaigns, and leverages his experience in social and digital media to execute targeted sales strategies that give developers, landlords, and sellers maximum exposure and a competitive edge in any market. He has a consistent track record of trading listed homes at record prices and utilizes modern technology and media channels to guide, empower, and advocate for his clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Jordan was the foundational member of SERHANT. at its inception in 2020, launching as the first team in the office. Prior to joining the firm, he led top performing teams at Brown Harris Stevens and served as Director of Sales and Marketing at two of Manhattan’s leading sales and leasing firms, as well as at prominent brokerages LG Fairmont and Mirador Real Estate. Under his leadership, LG Fairmont scaled rapidly and was recognized by INC 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States for two consecutive years. To date, Jordan has managed and trained more than 500 agents, many of whom have gone on to close some of New York City’s top listings.
Earlier in his career, Jordan served as Managing Director of Digital Advertising at NTENT and Vertical Search Works, working exclusively publishing partners representing major media organizations including Viacom, Meredith, Condé Nast, and Scripps Networks. In this role, he oversaw multiple departments and leading sales, ad campaign strategy and account management tied to major television and media brands. His work supported programming and advertising initiatives across networks and properties including Martha Stewart, BravoTV, WETV, MTV, Food Network, HGTV, AMC, Spike TV, and Nickelodeon, as well as campaigns for Fortune 1500 clientele such as UPS, Starburst, Overstock.com, Toyota, Canon, and Bank of America.
Jordan holds degrees from the Institute of Audio Research and St. John’s University. He has been featured in high profile publications and media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, CNN, Fox News, Channel 1 News, MSNBC, The New York Times, and StreetEasy.
One of Jordan’s long term professional goals is to further the movement of New Urbanism, helping to minimize the environmental impact of buildings through a thoughtful approach to energy conservation, green technology, and sustainable architectural design and development. In his free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his children, exploring unique dining experiences, and practicing meditation and dance. His interests include art, theatre, film, technology, and fashion, and he plays the violin and piano.
