I am a bilingual Texas native with dual degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso. My career didn't start in sales; it began in high-stakes public service. After volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), I moved to Austin to serve as a full-time Child Protective Services (CPS) investigator focusing on complex abuse and neglect cases. That work instilled a non-negotiable work ethic: rapid response, forensic due diligence, calm de-escalation under pressure, and relentless advocacy for the people who depend on me.

Owning a home was never originally part of my roadmap. My early vision was to experience the world like a local, backpacking across Europe and immersing myself in different cultures one country at a time. But when the 2020 lockdowns hit, my 747-square-foot apartment suddenly felt too confined for working from home. While studying financial markets to become an advisor, I realized the critical importance of building real wealth and diversifying beyond stocks and bonds.

I dove headfirst into real estate, applying the statistical analysis and behavioral research methods I mastered in my psychology studies. I analyzed micro-market trends, absorption rates, and true property valuations before purchasing my first home during one of the most competitive markets in Texas history. What I learned didn't just save me thousands; it revealed a massive gap in the industry: clients didn't need salespeople; they needed trusted fiduciaries who could dissect contracts, interpret hard data, and negotiate with leverage.

Today, as part of The Weiss Group at SERHANT., I combine that analytical rigor with modern, media-driven exposure. My psychology background allows me to understand buyer behavior and keep high-stress negotiations grounded. My investigative background ensures that disclosures, inspection reports, and contract terms are scrutinized with forensic care.
