Gregory Strompolos is a Denver-based luxury real estate agent and founding member of SERHANT. Denver, with roots in one of the city's oldest families — his grandfather, an immigrant from Greece, helped shape Cherry Creek, Hilltop, and Crestmoor as a developer decades ago. Gregory specializes in Cherry Hills Village, Cherry Creek, and the surrounding neighborhoods, territory his family has called home for three generations.
Gregory spent over a decade in tech and media, co-founding Fullscreen and scaling it into a billion-dollar company before its acquisition by AT&T. He later moved into real estate, first on the corporate side of Compass helping the brand expand into Malibu, Calabasas, and Westlake Village, then returning to Denver to build his own luxury practice.
Outside of work, Gregory is something of a renaissance man — a former UNC Chapel Hill soccer player who's just as comfortable surfing, snowboarding, playing chess, golf, tennis, or squash, skateboarding, or cooking a meal for his family. A polyglot with a real appreciation for fine art (and an unreasonable amount of pride in his lawn), he's first and foremost a father and family man.
He joined SERHANT. for a simple reason: it's built around media from the ground up, not bolted on after the fact — a philosophy that mirrors how he's built every business before this one. Today, he works with a small number of clients on Denver's most significant homes, trading volume for craft.
