Greg Vladi is a highly experienced real estate professional specializing in luxury condo and co-op properties and international investors throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Greg did $50M in sales during the pandemic, an impressive track record that speaks to his results-oriented approach. He is known for his honesty and in-depth market knowledge, and everyone he works with notes his rapid responsiveness and ability to build trust. To current and future clients, he makes a simple promise: He will always put your needs first and represent your interests as if they were his own.
Growing up in Brooklyn, Greg is a native New Yorker who has watched the city evolve firsthand. He has seen the development and growth of each neighborhood, and he understands the historical trends and present-day economic forces that shape the New York City real estate market today. He started his career working on marketing, branding, and leasing efforts for $100M+ residential portfolios. Covering properties in the Flatiron District, Upper East Side, Chelsea, and the East Village, he helped owners and investors achieve record-breaking rents per square foot. Currently, Greg focuses on properties all across the Brooklyn waterfront and Manhattan.
Greg is a former top-250-ranked player by the International Tennis Federation. He trained in Florida during high school and attended James Madison University on a full tennis scholarship, earning a BA in International Relations. Outside of work, Greg enjoys driving around (he is passionate about BMW) and loves exploring all the dining options the city offers. He also spends as much time as he can with his wife, Marta, and their young son, Bryant. He is fluent in both English and Russian.
