Gracie Kallner

I was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, where my parents flipped and built homes throughout my childhood. I grew up surrounded by floor plans, tile samples, and job-site dirt, constantly moving from cozy rentals to new builds and seeing how design and detail can completely change the way a home feels.

After starting at Arizona State University, I transferred to Colorado State to be closer to my siblings, Ali and Luke, and finished my degree while working for a custom home builder in Jackson, Wyoming. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for design, construction, and the people behind every project.

After graduating, I joined a commercial construction company in Denver before realizing my heart was in residential real estate. I moved to Steamboat Springs to work for another custom home builder and, after several years in Colorado, decided to return home to Arizona to pursue real estate full time.

Today, I’m proud to work alongside my mom, Kathy Kallner, who’s been in the industry since, quite literally, the day before I was born. Her experience and mentorship have shaped my approach to serving clients with integrity, energy, and an eye for design. I combine my background in construction with my love for people and the place I’ve always called home to help clients buy and sell with confidence.

Now based in Phoenix, I recently bought my first home with my partner, Daniel- a reminder of how personal, exciting, and emotional the process can be. Outside of real estate, I love the gym, running, experimenting in the kitchen, photography, an early dinner at a new restaurant, and of course, a good home renovation project.
