Gian Mitchell

Gian Mitchell is a New York City based real estate professional and Executive Director of The Kantha Team at SERHANT - one of New York's top-ranked real estate teams. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Gian brings a rare combination of island roots and big-city expertise to everything she does.

A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Gian built her foundation in leadership and operations through a successful career in retail management; quickly rising to lead flagship store operations across Honolulu, Los Angeles, and New York. She became a key member of a new store opening team, traveling across the country to launch locations in new markets. That work demanded sharp instincts: every city had its own culture, its own customer, and its own rhythm.

It was that same curiosity about place and people that drew her to real estate, a world she had grown up around through her father, a principal broker in Honolulu. Since making the transition, she has been an integral part of one of NYC's most recognized luxury teams, specializing in Manhattan and Brownstone Brooklyn.

Her life across Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York, and Miami gives her a perspective few agents can offer - she understands what it means to put down roots somewhere new, and she brings that empathy to every client relationship.

Behind every successful deal is a team that runs seamlessly, and that's where Gian thrives. As Executive Director, she brings the operational rigor and leadership that keeps The Kantha Team performing at the highest level.
