Frank Lombardo advises business owners, investors, and growing companies on commercial real estate decisions throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. With deep roots in Bucks County and more than two decades of industry experience, Frank is known for bringing clarity, preparation, and disciplined judgment to complex transactions.

Frank’s practice focuses on suburban commercial assets, including land development, retail and office leasing, and tenant representation. He is particularly trusted by clients navigating high-stakes decisions tied to business growth, long-term operations, and generational transitions. His approach emphasizes understanding how a property functions within a broader business or investment strategy, allowing clients to move forward with confidence and long-term alignment.

Before co-founding Green Street Commercial and later transitioning to SERHANT. Pennsylvania, Frank served as Vice President of Brokerage Services at Messick Realty Group. During that time, he led land acquisition efforts for office condominium developments and oversaw the marketing, sale, and leasing of newly constructed inventory. He was directly responsible for more than 150,000 square feet of new construction office space and played an integral role in guiding projects from acquisition through stabilization.

In his role at SERHANT. Commercial Pennsylvania, Frank also provides leadership in recruitment, training, and professional development for the brokerage’s advisory team. He is closely involved in shaping standards, systems, and client experience, ensuring that every engagement reflects the firm’s commitment to clarity, accountability, and service.
