Francesca Albarrán has lived in New York City for over 15 years. She grew up admiring the cityscape, loving architecture and interior design. She is a member of the highly respected Amy Herman Team. Being a luxury broker she helps clients in all areas of the city. She really appreciates the historical aspect of the homes that she has represented on the Upper East Side from townhouses built in the 1890s to the iconic 740 Park Avenue co-ops built by the likes of James T. Lee.
She places passion and purpose at the forefront of client interactions. Reliable and hard-working, Francesca takes pride in earning the trust of her buyers, sellers, and investors. Her appreciation for detail helps her aid her clients in their real estate goals. A perfectionist at heart, Francesca selflessly commits herself to going above and beyond to create wonderful experiences that evolve into long-lasting relationships. Her diverse background and extensive world travel allow her to cater to a myriad of people. Having visited twenty-nine countries, she is fluent in Spanish and understands Italian.
Francesca graduated from Pace University and Parsons. She has previous experience working at public relations agency 5WPR where she worked on a variety of brands.
Outside of real estate, Francesca loves animals, and volunteers for Animal Haven. She has a teacup chihuahua, Gemma. She enjoys traveling, fashion, fitness, and dining at the newest hotspots. Francesca is also a member of the social club, Casa Cipriani.
