She began her professional journey in 2007 with Engel & Völkers in Southampton, where she quickly rose to become Operations Manager. Elva was instrumental in expanding the Hamptons region of the real estate firm where she previously worked, co-managing over 100 professionals, spearheading regional expansion initiatives, and implementing operational systems that improved efficiency and culture across multiple offices.

Born and raised in Ecuador, Elva earned a degree in Hotel Management and Business Administration from SEK International University, completing part of her studies in Segovia, Spain. She also holds a Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge. Her international education and global travels have helped her shape her sense of the world, building and maintaining meaningful relationships.
