With more than 25 years in real estate, Don has built and led large sales organizations, recruited and developed high performing agents, and helped shape growth strategies across residential, luxury, and commercial real estate.
His career has included scaling sales teams to more than 1,300 professionals across multiple states, leading organizations responsible for more than $1 billion in annual sales volume, coaching emerging and established producers, and building systems designed to improve recruiting, retention, productivity, and profitability.

His work centers on helping agents strengthen their brand, expand their visibility, create new business opportunities, and build durable businesses positioned for where the industry is going next.

Born in San Francisco and raised in the Mission District, Don has deep personal ties to Northern California. He is also a longtime supporter of local charitable organizations and a cofounder of the East Bay chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
