I'm Derek. I'm not from somewhere else who moved to Tampa Bay and learned the market... I am Tampa Bay.

Born and raised here, I've spent my entire life watching this area evolve from a hidden gem into one of the most sought-after destinations in the country. That's not a marketing line. That's just 27 years of relationships, neighborhoods, and genuine love for a place most people are just now discovering.

I got into real estate because I wanted to build something real. Not just for me but for my family and the people I serve. Seven years in, that mission still hasn't changed. What has changed is the caliber of clients I work with and the complexity of moves I help facilitate. 

Today, I specialize in relocation and new development. I guide buyers from high-tax states like California, New York, and New Jersey to the sunshine state of Florida. I also have a network of local tax planners, and financial advisors to help them with their needs as well. 
 
Relocating isn't just a transaction. It's a leap of faith. My job is to make sure you land on solid ground.
