Dempsey is a North Kingstown native with deep roots in Rhode Island’s coastal communities. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Communications, she competed as a four-year Division I field hockey player and served as a two-year team captain—experiences that shaped the leadership, discipline, and competitive mindset she brings to real estate today.
Now a licensed real estate agent, Dempsey combines her local market knowledge with a strong background in marketing, branding, and client relations to deliver a thoughtful and elevated experience for buyers and sellers alike. Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team-first mentality, she is passionate about building lasting relationships and guiding clients through every step of the transaction with professionalism and authenticity. Outside of real estate, Dempsey embraces the coastal lifestyle she grew up in. She coaches high school field hockey at Lincoln School, enjoys playing tennis or pickleball, relaxing at the beach, or spending time with family along the Rhode Island shoreline.
