Dempsey is a North Kingstown native with deep roots in the Rhode Island coastal community. A recent graduate of UMass Amherst with a degree in Communications, she competed as a four-year Division I field hockey player and served as a two-year team captain—an experience that shaped the leadership, discipline, and team-first mentality she brings to her role today.
As the team’s Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Dempsey blends her local insight with a refined approach to branding, client experience, and operational support. She manages listing launches, digital marketing, and daily team coordination, ensuring every detail is polished and every transaction feels seamless. Guided by the values of relationships, authenticity, community, and loyalty, she is committed to elevating the team’s service experience and helping achieve exceptional results for clients.
Outside the office, Dempsey embraces the coastal lifestyle she grew up in. She coaches high school field hockey at Lincoln School in Providence as well as a local Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island-based club team. When not on the field, you’ll often find her playing tennis or pickleball, relaxing at the beach, or spending time with family along the Rhode Island shoreline.
