A top-producing luxury waterfront agent, Deborah represents buyers and sellers throughout Monmouth County's oceanfront, waterfront, and bayfront markets. Her experience includes positioning, marketing, negotiating, and selling luxury waterfront properties at record-setting and unprecedented price points.
Deborah's new development portfolio includes South Beach at Long Branch, where she sold more than 51% of the project before completion of a finished sales model; Southbank at The Navesink in Red Bank; Brant Point in Atlantic Highlands; The Haven in Sea Bright; and The REEF in Long Branch. She currently leads sales for One Eighty Ocean, an ultra-luxury oceanfront destination in Long Branch, New Jersey.
Deborah is RealTrends Verified and ranked among the Top 1% of agents nationally in 2024, 2025, and 2026. She has also been featured as a Cover Agent for Top Agent Magazine and recognized by The New York Times among the Elite 100 Agents in the country.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Montclair State University, a Master of Science from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and doctoral studies in leadership and business at Seton Hall University.
