David Gerber is passionate about Miami and real estate – he purchased his first Miami Beach apartment at age 16 as an investment property. David is experienced in managing and marketing Airbnb properties and started his rental portfolio in the Hamptons. He later joined a prominent national developer to assist on development, management and leasing teams responsible for commercial and residential projects in Manhattan and later in Miami. Originally from New Jersey, David attends the University of Miami, studying real estate and finance.
His love of Miami design and architecture and his outgoing nature makes him the ideal agent to work for his clients. He speaks Hebrew and Spanish and will cater to all of his clients needs, from sourcing, leasing, and acquiring properties to acquainting them with their neighborhoods and introducing them to new locales. In his free time, David enjoys surfing, boating, and driving.
