Corigan, referred to as the 'house doula', is a time-tested agent who has navigated real estate transactions for 15 years. Hailing from Salt Lake City, a top-producing agent at her brokerage. She's double licensed in UT and CA, and has sold nearly 200 properties in her career from luxury real estate to starter-homes.
In her early pre-agent life, Corigan spent time working on construction sites, helping to build custom modern homes, and has hands-on experience with every aspect from concrete and rebar, to custom woodwork. Later, she obtained a degree in anthropology and worked as an archaeologist studying the construction of pre-historic homes and culture in the deserts of Utah. From there she moved into historics, studying and surveying historic architecture styles and design across the Salt Lake Valley. Seemingly random interests and adventures all led to a life dedicated to house and home. Design, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and sustainability are of important emphasis to her.
Above all, Corigan believes that 'home' is a sacred space. It's the jumping-off place for the rest of what we do in our lives. And often, real estate transactions correlate to major life transitions.
