Christina Rogers is a Senior Portfolio Manager for SERHANT. New Development and assists with overseeing a substantial portfolio of more than $10B in condominium inventory across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and Miami. She is heavily involved with marketing and pre-development efforts for each project, coordinating directly with SERHANT. ID Lab and SERHANT. Studios on creating building identities, prepping and approving print and digital collateral, and supervising social media and video content.
Christina also works with the Director of New Development to track, plan, and facilitate day-to-day operations for all development projects. She helps set up on-site office infrastructure, establishes sales protocols, trains and supports sales teams and agents, and handles weekly and monthly developer reporting with the Sales Coordinator.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Christina spent several years in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and now lives in Jersey City. She loves cooking, working out, and exploring new restaurants throughout the five boroughs. She is a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician, and she considers herself the second mom of resident SERHANT. dog, Ollie.
