Chris says, “This is a specialized bunch”, Most team members have new home sales and/or development experience, having been trained by Fortune 500 builders and developers. Chris himself, a second-generation realtor had started his real estate career in family-owned real estate companies in Central New Jersey.
Chris learned early on from his father, to be different, stand out, and think like an entrepreneur, not like a Realtor®. Chris has carried that belief system through today where he not only markets and sells elite residential properties but also works with Regional and national builders and developers throughout South Carolina and Georgia. Chris resides in Bluffton, South Carolina with his wife Susan and three children, Sydney, Kylie, and Brady.
