Cherie grew up in upstate New York with her parents and two brothers. From an early age, her parents encouraged independence and a belief that anything was possible with focus and determination. Her mother, a real estate broker, was a powerful influence, instilling positivity, loyalty, and a deep appreciation for helping others through life’s transitions. Inspired by the impact her mother had on clients, Cherie set out to create that same kind of meaningful change on a larger scale, leaving her small town to pursue bigger opportunities.
After moving to California, Cherie began her career in the restaurant industry, quickly advancing through the ranks. Over the next 30 years, she rose into corporate and executive leadership roles, ultimately serving as Director of Operations for Franchise Development. Known for her leadership, confidence, and results-driven mindset, she built a highly successful career but knew she was meant for something more personal and impactful.
Although she earned her real estate license in 2003, it wasn’t until 2017 that she made the decision to pursue real estate full-time. Drawing from her executive background, Cherie set out to elevate the client experience, bringing strategy, communication, and a high level of service to every transaction. Her approach led to her signature philosophy, “Luxury Lifestyle Redefined.”
Today, Cherie is known for creating a seamless, stress-free, and elevated experience for her clients. She specializes in helping active and retired professionals transition to or from Carlsbad, guiding them toward a lifestyle that aligns with their vision of luxury. With certifications in Luxury Homes, Probate, and 1031 Exchange, she combines expertise with a highly personalized approach, delivering exceptional results while building lasting relationships.
Outside of real estate, Cherie enjoys an active and fulfilling lifestyle with her husband, Jerry. You’ll often find her spending time at the beach, staying committed to her fitness routine, and connecting with family and friends. She is deeply passionate about giving back, with ongoing involvement in organizations like Got Your Back San Diego, Solutions for Change, and local animal welfare groups. A strong advocate for plant-based living, Cherie believes that true luxury includes health, balance, and purpose.
