Before entering real estate, Carol built successful careers in fashion merchandising and graphic design, developing expertise in customer service, project management, marketing, advertising, and design. As a member of Macy's Department Stores' corporate buying team and later Vice President of Product Development and Marketing, she traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia, cultivating strong relationships across diverse cultures. As a founder of an award-winning graphic design company, Carol developed a keen eye for design and aesthetics—an invaluable asset when helping clients envision a property's full potential.
Born and raised in Fairfield County, Carol spent nearly 20 years in New York City before moving to Westchester to raise her two sons, much like many of the families she now serves. She has proudly called New Rochelle home since 1997 and enjoys helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Westchester County and beyond.
A consistent Top Producer, Carol is a founding co-leader of the award-winning Berkowitz Marrone Team, whose members serve clients throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Fairfield counties, as well as surrounding areas.
