Breanna Correll grew up in Arvada, the kind of place where everybody knows everybody in some way or another, and where neighbors have stuck around for 40 years because once you're in, you don't want to leave. That sense of place is part of what makes her good at this job. But it's not the whole story.
When Bre was twelve, her fifteen-year-old brother, Tyler, died of myocarditis. He had been her closest person, the one she leaned on through everything, and he was gone with no goodbye and no warning. In the months after, the financial weight of that loss pushed her family's home into pre-foreclosure, more than once. The house that held every memory of Tyler was nearly taken from them too. It was their family realtor who stepped in, personally loaning over $100,000 to help save it. He still calls Bre on her birthday, every year, to this day.
That season taught her things you can't learn any other way. She understands what it means to lose something before you're ready to let it go. She understands the fear underneath a foreclosure or a short sale, because she lived it, not from a spreadsheet but from inside the house. And she understands that behind every transaction is a person walking through something much bigger than a sale.
Bre got into real estate at eighteen, three months out of high school, working the front desk before starting her own marketing company at nineteen. For two and a half years, she built websites, postcards, and social media, and managed transactions for more than eighteen top-producing agents. She learned the business from every angle before she ever represented a client. Then her aunt looked at her one day and said she wanted Bre to sell her condo in Fort Collins. It pushed Bre to get her license sooner than she ever planned, and she never looked back.
She has built a solid track record in her years of active selling, and a lot of her business comes from clients who came back or sent someone they love. She knows Arvada like the back of her hand, and she's just as comfortable in Golden, Wheat Ridge, Denver, Aurora, Broomfield, Brighton, Littleton, Lakewood, and Westminster. She works often with investors selling off portfolios, first-time buyers, and move-up buyers.
Bre says it plainly: she is not a sales agent. She wants to know her clients, where they grew up, whether they have kids or pets, what they're doing this weekend, because that's how she finds what actually matters to them. She won't rush anyone or talk someone into a house or a listing price that isn't real. When a friend she had grown up with lost their father unexpectedly, Bre connected them with an estate attorney and walked them through every step of getting the home on the market right away, since holding onto it had become too expensive and they had no idea where to start. A year later, that friend called again. They were ready to buy, and what started as one of the hardest moments of their life turned into a beautiful townhome of their own.
Clients describe her the same way, over and over: full of energy, a go-getter, part therapist and part problem-solver. Her business comes from referrals, repeat clients, and people she's met along the way. She believes in loving people fully, no matter what they believe, what they make, or what they look like. She works to understand a person's problems and their perspective before anything else, and to meet them with understanding, care, compassion, and love.
Bre lives in Arvada with her two dogs, Biggie and Sadie. When she's not working, she's at the gym, spending time with friends and family, crafting, hunting down good food around Denver, or traveling. She loves that Colorado is a melting pot built by people who came here in their twenties chasing something different, and how that history gave towns like Arvada their small-town feel inside a big city.
