Brandon Guo brings an international perspective and a thoughtful, client-focused approach to New York City real estate. Born in the United States and raised in Beijing, Brandon developed a global outlook through his cross-cultural education, attending an international school in Beijing before completing boarding school in the United States. His early exposure to his family’s real estate development projects in California sparked his interest in the industry and gave him an early understanding of development, market dynamics, and the long-term value of real estate.
Brandon majored in Real Estate Development at New York University, where he developed a strong understanding of real estate markets, residential development, and the many factors that influence real estate decisions in New York City. His studies also gave him a foundation in real estate finance, including financial modeling, valuation, and taxation, providing him with a more analytical understanding of property ownership and investment. He later gained industry experience at CBRE, working on retail and industrial leasing and sales assignments while developing practical experience in market research, client advisory, and negotiations.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Brandon is able to connect with a wide range of clients and guide them through New York’s fast-moving real estate market with clarity and attention to detail. He takes the time to understand each client’s priorities, whether they are buying, selling, renting, or investing, and approaches every search and transaction with a high level of care and responsiveness. Outside of real estate, Brandon enjoys exploring New York’s restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, as well as staying active through fitness.
