Bobby Grilli

With more than eight years in real estate and more than $130 million in career sales, Bobby Grilli has established himself as a trusted real estate advisor throughout Chicago and the west and southwest suburbs.

A National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30 honoree, Bobby is known for direct advice, data-backed negotiation, and responsive, hands-on service. He represents buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across the city and surrounding suburbs.

In 2025, Bobby co-founded the Grilli Murphy Group, built around a shared philosophy of delivering exceptional service while playing the long game with clients and relationships. Most of Bobby's business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a reflection of the trust he has earned and the relationships he continues to maintain well beyond the closing table.

Construction runs four generations deep in Bobby's family, giving him an early understanding of how properties are built and what drives long-term value. He brings that perspective to his business, advising clients on acquisition, underwriting, pricing, and positioning. As an owner of multi-unit investment properties himself, Bobby speaks from firsthand experience when clients are evaluating an opportunity or planning for long-term ownership.

Born and raised in the southwest suburbs, Bobby earned his degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and managed two Chicago restaurants before beginning his real estate career. That blend of analytical training and service leadership shapes how he works today. Whether representing a first-time buyer, a repeat client, a growing family moving to the suburbs, or a multi-unit investor, his approach remains the same: tell the truth, lead with the facts, communicate before clients have to ask, and treat every transaction as if it were his own.

Outside of real estate, Bobby is a proud husband and father who loves exploring Chicago's restaurants, attending local events, and making the most of every season with his family.
