But it was a defining personal experience that set the true course of her career. While still in school, after her roommates moved out, Ava found herself responsible for the entire apartment, and made the decision to rent a room to a tenant who later refused to pay. That moment changed everything. She made a decision: to fully understand real estate from the inside out, to protect herself, and to ensure her clients would never find themselves in the same position.

That sense of purpose has never left her.
