Originally from Kentucky and bringing a background in sales and hospitality, Ashlei has an aptitude for gracefully guiding and educating both first time homebuyers and seasoned investors through even the most complex real estate transactions.

Throughout her 14 years in real estate, Ashlei has developed an in-depth knowledge and a unique set of skills. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers with all types of properties from condos and co-ops, to townhouses and multifamily homes, she has also worked on the sales teams of many new developments. A few of her favorite new development opportunities include 101 Wall Street, Jolie on Greenwich, The Westly, and selling out 175 W 10th Street, a boutique condominium in the West Village.

Ashlei’s assemblage of real estate experience working in multiple markets and with a variety of client types has led her to become a creative negotiator, a thoughtful communicator, and a diligent researcher who stays on top of changing market dynamics and trends.

Becoming the host of ‘STAGED’, an interior design show on Ryan Serhant’s YouTube Channel, has given Ashlei special access to partner with top designers. She has gained a thorough understanding of how to design and prepare listings for market and the show is another way Ashlei can showcase not only her listings, but also her personal brand to an even wider audience.

Ashlei is the mother of two boys, Theodore & Atticus, and after calling NYC ‘home’ for more than 10 years, she now resides with her family in New Canaan, CT. This life experience in both the Big Apple and the suburbs makes her a great match for those who are actively exploring all options in their real estate journey.
