Raised by immigrant parents who built their lives from the ground up, Annie learned grit before comfort. Her family moved often, and real estate became both livelihood and proof of progress. Those early experiences shaped how she approaches her work today, with a clear ability to see potential early and understand not just what can be built, but what should be built to succeed.
Today, Annie advises builders from early planning through launch, focusing on positioning, pricing, and how each project is introduced to the market. She works closely with developers to make strong decisions early so execution is more efficient and outcomes are stronger. Through SERHANT. Studios and the ID Lab, she helps shape projects into brands that resonate with buyers before they reach the market.
Fluent in Vietnamese and deeply connected to Atlanta’s multicultural and international communities, Annie often works with partners and clients entering the Southeast market. While her primary focus is advising builders and developers, she also represents select buyers and sellers aligned with her markets and projects.
