With nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Anni Grimes is a highly respected investment sales advisor specializing in multifamily, retail, and income-producing properties throughout San Diego County, with a strong concentration in the coastal market.

Known for her consistent results, market knowledge, and trusted client relationships, Anni has successfully represented buyers, sellers, and private investors in acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term portfolio strategy. In addition to her deep San Diego market expertise, she has also represented clients in select out-of-state investment transactions, reflecting the broader reach of her client relationships.

Anni began her commercial real estate career in 2001 with Sperry Van Ness and went on to build a successful career with Coldwell Banker Commercial, where she spent the majority of her career and established the Grimes Group. Her early background in legal and property management roles provided a strong foundation in negotiations, operations, and transaction structure.

She is also an active supporter of several local charitable organizations, including the Challenged Athletes Foundation and Ronald McDonald House.
