He relies on his financial expertise when doing market analyses and making property recommendations and his clients trust his ability to advise them on all aspects of the buying and selling process. He has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods all over the city and taps into a broad network he has developed since his time at New York University. His listings regularly set building-wide price-per-square-foot records.
Currently a resident of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, Andrew has also lived in Greenwich Village, the Financial District, and Hell’s Kitchen. He balances his robust work schedule with a love of grilling, learning new technologies, and exploring the city with his wife, Tiffany, and their German Shepherd, Mia.
