Fux’s gleaming aerie sits on the top floor of the 54-story Midtown address, soaring above the clouds with endless vistas that stretch from Central Park to the Hudson River, 1 World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, and the George Washington Bridge. There are lofty 11-foot ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that maximize sweeping views throughout the comfortably spacious 4,500 square feet that comprises three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The dwelling is entered via a grand foyer that opens up to an expansive, 1,000-square-foot great room. The massive space is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows and also has huge gallery-style walls if you’ve got some artwork to hang. There are also polished Crystal White slab floors throughout, motorized window shades, custom Lutron lighting, and a high-end built-in sound system.
