Albert Bell is a Miami-based real estate advisor and development specialist who combines market expertise with a strong foundation in real estate finance and investment. He has supported and closed over $2.2 billion in transactions across Miami and Miami Beach, working with buyers, sellers, and investors seeking both lifestyle-driven homes and high-performing assets.

Albert brings extensive experience in development, having worked with developers on several boutique residential and branded hotel projects where he contributed to the sales strategy, market analysis, and launch planning. He also consults on feasibility, underwriting, and positioning—giving his clients a unique edge in understanding value, timing, and long-term appreciation for residential, commercial, and hotel projects. 

Before joining SERHANT., Albert was Sales Manager of the Dora Puig Team at Luxe Living Realty, where he worked alongside Miami-Dade County’s #1 residential broker of the time, Dora Puig, to close almost $2 billion in business. His analytical background includes roles in finance, government, and the luxury automotive and yachting industries, sharpening his negotiation skills and his ability to serve high-net-worth and international clients with discretion and precision.

Albert earned his Master’s in International Real Estate with a concentration in real estate finance and development, along with undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Educated in Singapore, South Africa, and Europe, and fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and conversational German, Albert offers a global perspective that resonates with clients from all corners of the globe. Albert's superb cross-cultural awareness can be attributed to his schooling, extensive travels, and family ties in Europe and Latin America. He grew up attending international schools and spent his summers on immersion programs in France, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.
