Previously, he led the successful sellout of 278 units at 550 Vanderbilt in Prospect Heights and has contributed to numerous sellouts from boutique to large-scale developments across the city. Jim’s track record reflects a strategic, detail-oriented approach to sales and marketing, shaped by years of hands-on experience.
Before transitioning into real estate, Jim spent more than a decade as an educator and outdoor expedition leader—teaching math and science in independent schools and leading international wilderness programs throughout Europe and the U.S. Jim has traveled extensively and lived abroad in Asia, Africa, and Alaska, experiences that have shaped his calm leadership style, logistical acumen, being able to adapt to changing environments with quick thinking, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Originally from Buffalo, NY Jim lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the city on his Vespa, playground hopping on his electric bike with the kids, and spending time in the Hudson Valley and the Adirondacks.
