AUGUST 11, 2026 – SERHANT., the AI-native real estate and media company today announced the launch of SERHANT. Colorado, bringing its proprietary AI platform, S.MPLE, and the largest media reach in real estate to the Denver metro market. The expansion adds 11 founding agents to the firm, as well as an elite roster of agents that have closed $1B in sales, the largest single-market entry by volume for the firm to date and follows this year's launches in Texas and California.
Founded by Ryan Serhant, star and executive producer of Netflix's hit series Owning Manhattan, SERHANT. has built one of the most recognizable names in modern real estate and, with more than 10 million followers across social channels is the most followed real estate brand in the world. In addition, all SERHANT. agents get access to S.MPLE, its proprietary technology platform that puts AI-powered tools for lead generation, marketing, and transaction management in the hands of every agent, and it is one of the few brokerages built AI-native from the ground up rather than retrofitted for it.
The Colorado launch lands just weeks ahead of Sell It '26: Move Forward, the annual flagship event by Sell It, the sales education platform founded by Ryan Serhant, which will bring its global network to Denver on September 24 and 25 at the Seawell Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. The two-day event centers on AI, technology, and the future of the business, with keynotes from Ryan Serhant and skateboarding icon and entrepreneur Tony Hawk. The conference closes with a private takeover of the immersive Meow Wolf Denver that doubles as the official SERHANT. Colorado launch celebration, underscoring the firm's investment in its newest market.
"Denver is one of the most exciting markets in the country right now, and the agents joining us are already some of its best. What we give them is a different kind of leverage: AI tools through S.MPLE that take over the work that used to eat their day, and a media engine that puts their listings in front of millions,” said Ryan Serhant, Founder & CEO. “No one else is putting that kind of firepower behind their agents, and we’re excited to bring our model to Colorado.”
SERHANT. Colorado is led by Rebecca Ferguson as Managing Director, based in Denver. Ferguson brings more than 12 years in real estate, with a career focused on developing talent and building high-performing brokerage cultures. She most recently served as Managing Broker for Kentwood Real Estate's Cherry Creek office, where the team she managed ranked #1 in production and sides in Denver for its office size two years running. She previously held leadership roles as a Sales Coach with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and as Managing Broker with Realty Executives. A member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, Ferguson leads with an agent-first approach rooted in coaching, mentorship, and collaboration, keeping her agents' success at the center of how she builds and manages her team.
"I couldn't be more excited to launch SERHANT. in Colorado. Denver's luxury market has incredible momentum right now, and the timing couldn't be better to bring fresh energy to it,” said Ferguson. What excites me most is bringing together Denver's top producers under one roof. There's nothing more rewarding than leading agents who are already at the top of their game and helping them reach even further. I'm honored to be part of the team building what's next for luxury real estate here."
FOUNDING AGENTS
Jason Cummings joins SERHANT. Denver as a Founding Agent, co-leading the Cummings & Black Group, one of Colorado's premier residential and new development real estate teams. With more than 20 years of experience, Cummings has built a reputation for innovative marketing, strategic negotiation, and consistent results for buyers, sellers, and developers.
A top 1% Denver agent, Cummings has built one of the market's most decorated small teams. His team was named the No. 1 Compass small team and delivered the highest sales volume at Compass Denver for four consecutive years, and it earned a place on the 2025 RealTrends The Thousand as one of the country's top small teams by sales volume. At the 2025 Denver Metro REALTORS® Excellence Awards, the Cummings & Black Group ranked No. 1 among Denver-area teams of three to five members by number of transactions and No. 2 by total sales production.
Over the past 12 months, Cummings and his team closed more than $200 million in sales across 185 transactions. Across his career, the group has surpassed $1.5 billion in total sales volume and 1,600 transactions, and has launched and sold more than 16 new development communities, guiding projects from raw land through completion. Every member of the team has surpassed $100 million in lifetime sales.
Cummings is joined by his longtime business partner Samantha Black, who anchors the group's operations, along with team members Jaime Long, Ana Alfaro, Laura Hudgins, and Alex Jefferson.
"I was genuinely happy where I was, and I'll always be grateful for the people I worked alongside. But after speaking with Ryan, I realized he wasn't just building another brokerage. He's redefining the future of real estate through world-class marketing, media, technology, and an unwavering commitment to the consumer. That vision resonated with me immediately. We are built the same way: competitive, authentic, and driven to exceed expectations. We're here to do this right for Denver," said Cummings.
David DiPetro joins from Compass, bringing more than $200 million in career sales and a decade of experience to the firm. An expert in the metro Denver luxury market, DiPetro is based in The Village at Castle Pines and represents buyers and sellers across the region's premier corridor, including Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Castle Rock, Washington Park, Hilltop, Belcaro, Boulder, and Denver's Foothills. He has closed $170 million over the past four years, including $65 million in the last 12 months. In 2025, he ranked as the #2 individual broker by volume at Compass Denver, earned RealTrends Verified recognition among the top 0.02% of brokers nationwide, and won DMAR's Top Tier Double Black Diamond Award. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, DiPetro acquires, renovates, and develops luxury homes in The Village at Castle Pines, giving clients firsthand insight into construction, design, and long-term value.
"When I was in high school, I'd watch Million Dollar Listing and think, someday I want to represent properties like that. The architecture, the lifestyle, and the negotiations showed me this business could be about far more than buying and selling homes, and joining SERHANT. feels like a full-circle moment,” said DiPetro. “After selling more than $200 million in luxury real estate, I wanted a platform that would propel me forward, not one where I was just another number. SERHANT. values agents already producing at a high level and gives them the resources, exposure, and opportunities to grow further. It has already opened doors I never knew existed, and this is just the beginning."
Will Grimes and Eli Schmidt join SERHANT. as Founding Agents and co-leads of the Mile High Property Brothers, arriving from LPT Realty with a combined more than $600M in career sales to the firm. The team built its brand and relocation business through video and digital media, creating the "Living in Denver" channel to give relocating buyers an honest, detailed look at Colorado's communities, housing market, new developments, and lifestyle. That content became the foundation of their business, drawing clients from across the country. The pair went on to launch a national network of partner channels that duplicate the model in other markets, generating more than $800 million in combined sales across the agents in the network. Schmidt, licensed since 2016, spent his early career running a real estate investment business that closed more than 100 acquisitions, wholesale deals, and renovations, giving him hands-on experience in valuation, construction, and negotiation. Grimes came to real estate after a career in law enforcement that included more than a decade in special operations, and in 2025 was named a finalist for Inman's Most Innovative Agent for the national channel network he helped build.
"What drew me to SERHANT. is that it treats real estate like the modern business it has become," said Grimes. "I came to this industry after a career in law enforcement, where the work was about showing up for people in the moments that mattered most, and that is still how I approach real estate. Buyers relocating to Colorado are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and they deserve a team that gives them real information and real guidance, backed by a brand and a platform that can support them at the highest level.
“SERHANT. represents where we believe the real estate industry is going. We’ve built our business by combining real estate expertise with video, education, branding, and technology, so joining a company that truly understands the power of media felt like a natural fit,” said Schmidt. “Our YouTube platform has allowed us to build a trusted relocation brand in Colorado, and we’ve now expanded that model by launching partner channels in markets across the country. We believe SERHANT. gives us the platform, resources, and national network to accelerate that growth while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.”
Dwayne Montoya and Levi Rose join SERHANT. as Founding Agents, bringing their independent brokerage, Valor Real Estate, to the company. Together, they will lead The Valor Group at SERHANT. and are joined at the firm by team member Amy Martinez.
Montoya, a 19-year veteran of the Colorado market, has personally represented more than $270 million in volume and has ranked No. 47 among more than 27,000 Realtors in Colorado for sales volume in 2025. He brings a rare dual background, having spent more than 13 years at one of Colorado's largest homebuilders, rising from sales counselor to Vice President of Sales & Marketing and later Vice President of Operations, and is the creator of a real estate education platform built to help buyers and sellers make more informed decisions.
Rose, a 15-year veteran, has completed more than $281 million in sales, ranks as a top 1% Colorado producer for five consecutive years, finishing No. 46 among more than 27,000 realtors for dollar volume in 2025. His experience spans new construction and resale, including his time as Director of Sales for Oakwood Homes.
"The best real estate professionals do more than help people buy and sell homes. They educate, build trust, and create an exceptional experience for every client. That's the business I've spent years building, and it's the standard SERHANT. is built around,” said Montoya. “Its platform gives my clients an unmatched level of exposure through the most followed real estate brand in the world. As someone born and raised here, helping bring that to Colorado is both a professional milestone and a personal one."
"I chose SERHANT. because it gives me the platform to grow a strong team and build my business alongside a brokerage that shares my vision. I'm drawn to how forward-thinking the company is and how it keeps pushing the industry forward while still treating clients with respect and delivering a high level of service,” said Rose. “It's the right environment for me to keep growing and stay excited about where real estate is headed."
Jon Mottern and Katie McCaslin join SERHANT. as Founding Agents, joining forces to co-lead a new team at the firm and bringing a combined total of more than $380 million in career sales.
Mottern, a 12-year veteran of the Denver market based in Golden, arrives from Compass and specializes in northwest Denver and the western suburbs, including Berkeley, West Highlands, Sunnyside, Wheat Ridge, Applewood, and Golden. He has set multiple price-per-square-foot records representing sellers in Berkeley, including on Wolff Street and in Harkness Heights, and is currently selling out a 14-unit infill new development, having pre-sold every unit ahead of certificate of occupancy in a market where comparable projects face extended days on market.
McCaslin, a 10-year veteran of the metro Denver market, arrives from Real Broker, where she reached Elite production status every year. She has built a full-service practice that pairs residential sales with interior design and new construction, giving buyers, sellers, and investors one partner from purchase through renovation. Known for her strong investor network, she guides clients through portfolio building across Denver and its surrounding markets, from the city core to from Fort Collins to Castle Rock.
Together, they will form The Source Group and are joined at the firm by team members Gregory Strompolos, Amy Fabian, Lisa Reyna, and Kelsey Schwenck.
"SERHANT. has built something no one else in this industry has, pairing a powerful brand with the technology, media, and marketing that today's clients expect," said Mottern. "I've spent twelve years earning the trust of buyers and sellers across northwest Denver and the foothills. Joining as a founding agent gives our team the platform to serve those clients at a higher level and to keep growing in the communities we call home."
"I believe in the company, the strength of the brand, and the people behind it," said McCaslin. "Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is a great brokerage or a lasting presence in a new market. I'm especially excited to be one of the pillars helping build the foundation in the Denver office. Being part of that growth from the beginning, and helping shape the culture and reputation, is incredibly motivating."
Clare Day and Tom Day join SERHANT. as Founding Agents and co-leads of The Clare Day Collective, arriving from Compass with more than $177 million in career sales across the Colorado and Arizona luxury markets. The team specializes in luxury second homes and investment properties, guiding clients through 1031 exchanges and financing for resort and non-owner-occupied developments.. A two-time Compass Colorado Top Producer, Clare has built a reputation across both states for representing buyers and sellers in competitive, fast-moving markets and holds luxury credentials including the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing guild membership and Colorado Mountain Area Specialist designation. Prior to real estate, Tom spent 30 years in corporate healthcare IT and strategic project management, holding a master's in healthcare management and a Six Sigma Black Belt, before joining Clare as a licensed broker in Colorado and Arizona, where he brings a systems-driven approach to the team's operations and client experience.
"I joined SERHANT. because I believe Colorado real estate is ready for something different," said Clare Day. "I wanted to be part of a culture that is entrepreneurial, energetic, and unafraid to challenge the way things have always been done. SERHANT. brings a sense of excitement and possibility to our industry, and as a founding agent, I am thrilled to bring that energy to the clients and communities we serve."
"For me, SERHANT. represents where real estate is going," said Tom Day. "The technology, systems, and digital-first approach create an opportunity to build a smarter, more connected experience for both our agents and our clients. It is a pleasure to be part of a company that is not simply adopting the future of real estate but actively building it."
Brett Reasoner joins SERHANT. as a Founding Agent from 8z Real Estate, bringing more than $31 million in career sales to the firm. Licensed since 2023, Reasoner ranks among the top 1% of agents in the nation according to RealTrends. He built his real estate practice after more than a decade as a global talent acquisition executive relocating families and executives across the country, experience that shapes how he guides clients through major life transitions. Reasoner is now founding The Cornerstone Group at SERHANT.
"I've followed Ryan Serhant's approach to the business since the Million Dollar Listing days, and I built my own practice on that model from day one, leading with personal brand, media, and story," said Reasoner. "In a short time, that approach made me a top 1% agent in the country. Joining SERHANT. as a founding agent means bringing that same playbook to my home state with the full weight of the brand, technology, and media behind it. I don't move houses. I move people. SERHANT. is built to amplify exactly that."
