About the Role

Though our Sell It Like Serhant ecosystem, we’re building the #1 sales training platform to help sales professionals worldwide earn their limitless livelihood.

50% of college graduates will work in sales at some point in their career, and nearly 90% of jobs require sales skills. And yet, there are few formal sales training programs available, even at the undergraduate, graduate, or professional level.

We’re on a rapid growth trajectory, realizing greater than 100% YOY revenue growth for the past three years while maintaining significant net profit margins. In addition to revenue success, we have enrolled over 14,000 students in 110 countries through our test market of real estate agents. Now, we’re expanding this year to the underserved, $15 billion market to train all salespeople worldwide, regardless of industry.

Our founding head of engineering’s mission is to build a proprietary technology product to offer sales training courses to a global audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Head of Product and leadership team to execute technology strategy and engineering build for our forthcoming sales education product
  • Own timely delivery of product roadmap, including customer-facing product as well as back-end ecommerce/business data systems
  • Research technology solutions (build/buy) and recommend options, weighing cost/benefits of multiple options
  • Ensure scalable, repeatable systems architecture
  • Develop data and product environment that enables rigorous testing and analytics
  • Ensure compliance with data security regulations
  • Develop, review, and update internal policies for systems and tools
  • As appropriate, build, coach, develop a world-class engineering team
  • As appropriate, manage relationships and word product of external providers
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience working on a product engineering team
  • Hands-on experience in back- and front-end development
  • Extensive experience with cloud-based architecture
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Ability to communicate with a multi-disciplinary team and across multiple tenures
